Our staff are well trained, dedicated ladies who consistently aim to provide the children with a simulating, motivating, caring environment in which the children can flourish.
We have a strong team ethos and staff hold long service records.
Our Manager holds DPP & City & Guilds Certificates, she is also our DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) for Child Protection.
We have two Supervisors, one is our SENco (Special Educational Needs coordinator) she holds a BSL (British Sign Language Level 2 Certificate. She is also our Deputy DSL.
Our other Supervisor, holds a Cache Level 3 qualification.
The Deputy Supervisor is our Ecat coordinator (Every child a Talker) and holds a Cache level 3 qualification.
Our other Ecat coordinator (Every child a Talker) is a qualified Primary School Teacher.
All staff hold 1st Aid certificates.

We encourage a culture of cooperation and continuous exchange between parent/carers and teachers to ensure that your child is receiving the support and learning they need to achieve the best possible outcomes both at our setting and in the child's home.
Key-persons and Manager are available for parents to speak to and discuss any issues or concerns.
The Manager's office can be used for private conversations if required.
